E te iwi, e te whānau!

It’s important for us at Te Kotahitanga to have all of our members contact details as up to date as possible. We do our bit here and there to ensure that our membership’s contact records are up to date, but every now and then we need our members’ help. That’s where you come in!

We currently do not have updated details for a number of our members. There are a variety of reasons why this happens – Members may have moved or married recently, they may have added to the whānau or they may have lost a loved one or passed away.

Having up to date contact details is important because we rely on that information to pānui out important activities, events and opportunities for our members, such as Annual General Meeting details, Voting Packs, and Education Grants.

So if you feel that your contact information may need to be updated or if you know of any whānau members that may need to update their contact information please click on the following link to the list of names that we would like to update – Gone No Address (GNA) List

Have a look at the list and let your whānau members know if you see them on it and help to get the message out to them.

If your name is on the list, please send us an email or go to our ‘update your details form’ to update your details online, and if we need anything else from you we will be in touch.

This mahi is ongoing, we ask all registered members to update their details with us. This information would be very much appreciated.
