Hapū / Marae Workshops

In collaboration with the Bishops Action Foundation, the Wheelhouse, Te Kāhui o Taranaki Iwi and other community groups Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa has organised a range of workshops to assist hapū and marae with the running of their respective organisations.

Workshops have covered a range of different topics from reading financial reports to identifying potential risks within organisations to understanding governance for Trusts and Societies and Trustees roles and responsibilities within these structures.

Each workshop is evaluated by the attendees and their feedback is used to develop further workshops.
