Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa Trust (‘Te Kotahitanga’) was established for the purpose of receiving Treaty settlement assets and holding, managing and administering the Trust Fund for the benefit of existing and future members of Te Atiawa (Taranaki).

Te Kotahitanga is currently governed by establishment trustees. The establishment period for which those trustees were appointed is due to expire and,

Te Kotahitanga now invites nominations from suitably qualified candidates to fill the seven (7) available Trustee positions.

Nominations close at 5.00pm on Friday 31 July 2015. Nominations must be made on the official nomination form, which is available from the Returning Officer (contact details below), along with an information sheet for prospective candidates. Each nomination paper must be signed by five registered and verified adult members of Te Kotahitanga . Candidates must also submit a profile statement (no more than 250 words) and photograph with their nomination paper for dispatching with the voting papers, should an election be required.
