Associate Director Role
Are you an uri of Te Atiawa with an interest in governance, investment, and the long-term prosperity of our iwi?
We are seeking an Associate Director to join the Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings Limited Partnership and the Te Atiawa (Taranaki) Holdings Limited board for a 1 year period.
This opportunity provides a valuable pathway for emerging corporate governors to develop their governance skills and understanding of the commercial operations, strategic priorities, and fiduciary responsibilities associated with the Board to help grow the assets that support future generations of Te Atiawa.
- Is passionate about the aspirations of Te Atiawa
- Has some corporate operational and/or governance experience
- Brings strong integrity, sound judgement, and strategic thinking
- Has specific industry experience in business, finance, property, fisheries, or investment
- Can build strong relationships and contribute positively around the board table
- Has local networks and understands and values Te Ao Māori and tikanga
This is a unique opportunity to grow and develop your corporate governance capability while working alongside experienced directors and gaining exposure to strategic commercial decision-making. As an Associate Director, you will play a meaningful role in supporting the growth and sustainability of the commercial interests of Te Atiawa, helping to build long-term prosperity and create opportunities for current and future generations of Te Atiawa.
